Enyia Vincent Enyia is a seasoned Chartered Accountant, finance professional and business adviser with over 25 years of professional experience spanning audit and assurance, accounting, financial management, internal audit and control, financial reporting, taxation, corporate governance, risk management and strategic business advisory.

As Principal Partner, he provides professional and strategic leadership to the firm, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical and value-driven professional services to clients across different sectors.

His extensive career has included senior leadership positions as Chief Financial Officer, Finance & Accounts Manager, Finance Manager, Head of Internal Audit & Control, Audit Manager and Accounts Officer. This broad experience gives him a practical understanding of the financial, operational, governance and risk challenges faced by businesses, and enables him to provide solutions that go beyond traditional accounting and audit services.

He has extensive experience in designing and implementing effective financial policies, internal control frameworks and financial management systems. His expertise also covers financial reporting, audit management, budgeting and performance management, cash-flow and treasury management, working-capital optimisation, financial planning and forecasting, tax and regulatory compliance, cost management and strategic financial analysis.

He has advised senior management and Boards of Directors on strategic financial matters, and has worked extensively with banks, investors, auditors, regulators and other stakeholders. His professional approach combines technical competence, commercial insight, integrity and a strong understanding of corporate governance.

He holds an MBA in Finance & Investment from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and an M.Sc. in Accounting from the same university. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Accounting from Bayero University, Kano. He is a Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and an Associate Chartered Stockbroker (ACS) of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers.
